I received the following from Highways:
“106 Nene Gardens.
During inspection it was noted that the area in question is private and not maintained by the Environment Department. Therefore Highways will not take any action.
However, I can confirm that this matter has been passed on to the responsible department Hounslow Homes to investigate and carry out necessary remedial action.
120 Nene Gardens.
During inspection it was noted that the defect in the footway is a Virgin Media utility cover and a Section 81 has been sent to Virgin Media for repair, to be carried out and completed within a 2hour timescale.”
